Managing Brands

Set up brand profiles with colors, logos, and assets — then apply them to any thumbnail for instant brand consistency across your channel.

Brands in ThumbnailCreator store your visual identity — colors, logos, and assets — so you can apply consistent branding to any thumbnail without remembering hex codes or uploading files every time.

Creating a Brand

From a domain

  1. Go to Brands in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Brand
  3. Enter your website domain (e.g., yourdomain.com)
  4. ThumbnailCreator automatically extracts your brand colors, logo, and assets
  5. Review and adjust as needed, then save

Manually

  1. Click Create Brand
  2. Enter your brand name
  3. Set your primary color and any additional brand colors
  4. Upload your logo and other brand assets
  5. Save the brand profile

What's in a Brand Profile

Each brand includes:

  • Brand name — for identification
  • Primary color — your main brand color (hex code)
  • Additional colors — secondary and accent colors
  • Logo — your brand mark
  • Assets — additional images, icons, or graphics you frequently use

Applying Brands

Your brand assets are available throughout ThumbnailCreator:

  • In the Editor — select your brand to access colors and assets while editing
  • During generation — the AI can use your brand colors and logo placement
  • With design rules — reference your brand colors in your always-on rules (e.g., "my brand colors are #1E40AF and #F59E0B")

Multiple Brands

You can create multiple brand profiles — useful if you:

  • Manage multiple YouTube channels
  • Have different visual identities for different content series
  • Work as an agency managing client brands

The number of brands available depends on your subscription tier.

Tips

  • Start with domain extraction if you have a website — it's the fastest way to set up
  • Keep brand profiles updated as your visual identity evolves
  • Reference specific brand hex codes in your design rules for maximum consistency
  • Use brand colors alongside style cloning to keep your channel look cohesive
